He started studying music at El Vendrell with Magí Mercadé. He obtained the title of Medium Degree of piano at the Conservatori de Tarragona, and those of Superior Degree of Solfeggio, Composition and Instrumentation at the Conservatori Superior Municipal de Barcelona with Xavier Boliart and electroacoustic music with Albert Llanas. He has studied piano with Nuria Delclòs, Ángel Soler, Albert Giménez Ateneille and Liliana Mafiotte and has received master classes from Monique Deschaussées. He has worked with José Nieto (film music), with Jean Pierre Dupuy and Agustí Charles (contemporary music), with Ros Marbà and Francesc Llongueres (orchestral conducting) and with Manel Camp and Francesc Capella (jazz course), among others.
She is a teacher of musical language and harmony at the Escola Municipal de Música Pau Casals de El Vendrell since its foundation in 1986 and has been the director from 1998 to 2010. She has composed works for piano, chamber music, orchestra, choral music, cantatas, oratorios, music for theater, radio, television, ballet, advertising music, electronics, popular music and music for short films.
